napus L.) with improved quality parameters: extremely low
glucosinolate content, low fiber content - yellow seeded rapeseed,
differentiated fatty acid composition and improved winterhardiness,
-
differentiation of fatty acid composition in double low winter oilseed
rape by means of recombination method and mutagenesis,
-
mapping of winter oilseed rape chromosomes with the use of DNA markers
and the search of their linkage with quality traits, designing of DNA
markers for quality traits,
- investigations of
double improved white mustard (Sinapis alba L.) genotypes and

microspore culture for different breeding programs and genetic
studies:
- production of winter oilseed rape DH lines populations for genetic
mapping using molecular markers linked to quality traits of seeds,
- production of doubled haploid populations for search of molecular
markers associated with fatty acids,
- production of DH lines with restorer gene for CMS ogura
hybridization system,
- genetic diagnostic in segregating populations of microspore
derived embryos (in vitro selection) with changed proportions of
fatty acids,
- evaluation of doubled haploid lines value for special breeding
program by observations of morphological characters of plants under
field conditions, estimation of seed yield and biochemical analyses
of seeds,
- utilization of doubled haploids in the breeding of synthetic
rapeseed cultivars,
